Snowsfields Quarter is the result of an ambitious joint venture from the Snowsfields Quarter Partnership, which is made up of Oxford Properties Group, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation and Reef + Partners.
Three new buildings will create spaces for life science research and development, supporting better health outcomes for our local and global communities, helping us all to live healthier lives and delivering a new life sciences development in the heart of the SC1 London Health and Life Sciences Innovation District.

We aim to be one of the most sustainable new life sciences developments in London, creating new community spaces, new jobs, and new opportunities for people across Southwark and the wider London area.
The project features a 3,000m2 living green wall which helps achieve a 50% increase in biodiversity on site through beautiful new planting. State-of-the-art, energy-efficient buildings that are targeting net zero carbon in operation by using cutting-edge green energy and targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ with an ambition to reach ‘Outstanding’.
