With facades nearing completion, internal fit-out progressing well and show flats almost ready for opening. The scheme is due to complete in February 2026 and will be transformational in breathing new life into the town.

Set within carefully considered landscaping, the scheme will create an accessible and enhanced network of routes and public spaces, helping to reconnect and reintegrate this key area of Gravesend.
