Forum project in Gloucester has achieved practical completion.

A testament to the vision of our partner Gloucester City Council the building forms the centrepiece of the regeneration of the Kings Quarter delivering over 80,000 sqft of prime innovation and work space with unique characteristics. BREEAM Excellent, EPC A rated and Wiredscore Platinum accredited it generates all landlord small power and energy for lighting from rooftop PV’s, provides mixed mode natural ventilation to all floors and includes a facade integrated digital ‘civic billboard’ capable of celebrating the City’s many cultural, sporting and entertainment events.

The cladding for the building is inspired by Gloucester Catherdals vaulted ceilings and the ‘Gloucester red’ brick from the surrounding Victorian heritage buildings. Complementing the first phase of office, which was occupied by Fasthosts in the New Year, the building fronts onto the new main pedestrian entry to the city, ‘Cathedral Walk’. This is due to open along with over an acre of new public realm and the green wall clad car park later in the year. Completing the Forum will be the City’s first 4* hospitality offer, Hotel Indigo.
