Reflector will complete mid-2026, following hot on the heels of the Apex building which is already home to a growing community of scientists and innovators. Reflector will provide 200,000 sq ft of Science & Innovation space, set within the heart of the scheme, which also includes restaurants, cafes, bars and a newly landscaped stretch of canal towpath open to the public.

Every building at Tribeca designed to deliver flexible, market leading and sustainable Science and Innovation spaces (including Breeam Excellent and Wired Score Platinum).

The drone footage also highlights not only Reflector, but also the Assembly and Connector buildings, which will complete in early 2027, reflecting Reef + Partners and our funders commitment to science and innovation and building on the success of our partnerships with The Francis Crick institute, LBIC and Camden. Connector and Assembly will provide another c 450,000 sq ft of Science & Innovation space across a range of floorplate sizes & configurations, alongside 69 residential apartments, all to be connected to the wider Kings Cross estate across the new Tribeca bridge, to be opened in 2027.
