S172 Policy

The Directors acknowledge their duty under Section 172(1) of the Companies Act 2006 to act in the way they consider, in good faith, would most likely promote the success of the Company for the benefit of its members as a whole. In fulfilling this duty, the Directors have regard, amongst other matters, to the likely long-term consequences of their decisions and to the interests of the Company’s key stakeholders. As part of a wider group, the Board works closely with the parent company and other group entities to ensure that the Company’s strategy and operations are aligned with the broader objectives of the group, while maintaining appropriate oversight of the Company’s own performance and obligations.
