We are committed to operating as a carbon-negative team by prioritising emission reductions in our daily activities and offsetting any unavoidable emissions to minimize our environmental footprint.

We strive to lead in the development of energy-efficient, low-carbon buildings by rigorously assessing and reducing each project’s environmental impact. Our goal is to achieve Net Zero Carbon across all projects by 2030.

We ensure all projects have a defined pathway to achieving Net Zero Carbon in operation. This includes the development of Green Leases and our Reef Pathway to Net Zero Carbon Operation Handbook and fit-out guides.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
We uphold rigorous governance procedures for tracking, reporting, and evaluating our ESG performance. Post-Occupancy Evaluations are conducted for every project, enabling continuous improvement through performance modelling, feedback, and adaptation in future developments.
