The structural frame of the southern block is now complete, offering some fantastic views across the River Thames and a glimpse of what a superb outlook these residential flats will have when completed in 18 months’ time.

Reef are collaborating with London Borough of Newham to provide a high-quality residential development that includes essential affordable housing for the borough. The project is also supporting the economy  with short-term job opportunities including local supply chains whilst also providing a lasting legacy with skilled apprenticeships and connections with local colleges.

When complete, the development will improve the public realm and accessibility within the area by introducing new pathways and sightlines through the site. It will also strengthen connections to the riverfront, allowing users to better experience and appreciate the unique character of this riverside location.
