Together with our partners GIC, Reef + Partners have completed the acquisition of a 3.7 acre site in Camden, adjacent to Tribeca, London's largest purpose built life sciences campus.

The site, known as Royal College Place, is currently occupied by Royal Mail’s Parcelforce facility and sits strategically between Camden Town and Kings Cross.
Our vision is to transform the area into a major mixed-use destination, anchored by life sciences workspace and new homes. We have begun drawing up plans in collaboration with designers Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Gort Scott and East and the scheme is set to feature new green spaces and links across the site alongside landmark science, innovation and residential. The initial proposals will soon been unveiled to the public as part of the consultation process.
This represents Reef + Partners commitment to expanding our science, healthcare and innovation portfolio and builds on the success of TRIBECA and the wider Knowledge Quarter life sciences cluster. We continue to build on our established portfolio, which also includes major schemes like the Snowsfields Quarter life sciences hub near London Bridge.
Detailed plans and a formal planning application for Royal College Place are expected to follow in the coming year.
