The London Motorsport Campus will be a new global destination for motorsports innovation, education, entertainment and living at the gateway to the capitals renowned automotive innovation corridor The Golden Mile.
The updated proposals reflect the requirements of the global motorsports industry, leading academic institutions and residential needs with enhancements to the design, layout, and sustainability performance of the development.
The scheme designed by Benoy Architects will be a flagship innovation campus for motorsport, design, and engineering excellence, building on the area’s century-long heritage of automobile manufacturing. Anchored by an automotive Technology Showcase building, the Campus will include exhibition, research, workspace, hospitality and living accommodation arranged around Hudson Square, a new civic space designed for events, screenings, and community use.

In total, the project will deliver 234 new homes, 275 student accommodation rooms, a 189-room hotel, a new education building supporting university-led engineering and technology courses, a Motorsport Experience Centre, and a range of restaurants, retail, and leisure spaces.
Once operational, it is expected to create hundreds of new jobs, contribute to Hounslow’s Golden Mile regeneration targets, and attract international investment and visitors to the Borough.
