Sitting in the heart of the SC1 London’s Health and Life Sciences Innovation District, next to Guy’s Hospital and King’s College London, the scheme will deliver over 360,000 sq ft of multi-functional space, including 245,000 sq ft of specialist laboratory facilities, alongside new community space, and greener streets.
Once complete, it will support 890 long-term jobs and a support a thriving health, science and innovation ecosystem in London Bridge.
