Building on the areas rich heritage of ground-breaking  ‘Art-deco’ automobile factories from the first half of the 20th century the campus delivers a collection of cutting-edge buildings utilising the latest material and environmental technologies to write the next chapter of this innovation district. Focused around a new public space, Hudson Square, the development creates a new community with homes, student accommodation and education buildings rising above a 3 storey podium of leisure, retail and entertainment uses.
